Our Founder
Sarah Turner is undertaking a Doctorate in Health and Social Care Practice focusing on brain injury and perpetrators and victims of violence and abuse.
This is a continuation of her 25 years’ experience in health and social care which has seen her work across sectors from primary to tertiary care with an expertise in mental health.
Sarah has a proven track record of identifying service gaps and implementing successful and measurable results. These results facilitate positive change, in the form of grassroot initiatives to policy and legislative shifts including but not limited to domestic abuse protection orders.

Most recently Sarah has been working as a project manager analysing the social and biological underpinnings of human behaviour. Sarah has a well-established professional network across the health and social care sector including the NHS, social services, probation services, police, and research fellows and is passionate about hearing the underrepresented voices of a number of communities and underrepresented groups.
Sarah continues to work closely with these groups including travelling communities and females in the probation service.
Sarah has a unique talent which enables her to amplify the voices of individuals and communities in the house of commons and academic arenas. Educated to doctorate level, Sarah is a qualified Youth Worker, Learning & Development lead, Psychologist and Social Worker.
Sarah is a competent and confident educator with the ability to create and deliver training, she is a subject matter expert for several training companies creating and reviewing their content and runs a successful training organisation.
